LLC “Audit firm” Active-audit” provides audit services on the basis of the certificate on entering into the Register of Audit Firms and Auditors No. 2315 issued pursuant to the decision of the Ukrainian Audit Chamber No. 100 dated March 30, 2001.

Audit-Firm Active-Audit LLC is included in the register of audit firms and auditors that can conduct audits of financial institutions (certificate NCRPFP # 0014 according to the order of the National Commissariat of Finance No. 1599 of May 21, 2013).

LLC “Auditing firm” Active-audit “is included in the register of audit firms that can conduct audits of professional participants of the securities market (certificate of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of the series P №000043).

Audit-Firm Active-Audit LLC is included in the Register of Audit Firms, which have the right to conduct audits of banks (NBU certificate on inclusion in the Register of Audit Firms that have the right to conduct audits of banks No. 000002 dated September 7, 2017).

The director of Audit-Firm Active-Audit LLC and the responsible person for internal quality control for the provision of audit services is Mnischenko Vladimir Nikolaevich, who has the auditor’s certificate of A 006503 series issued on the basis of AAP decision No. 197/2 of December 18, 2008, and the certificate of the auditor of banks №00070, issued on the basis of the decision АПУ №207 / 2 of 29.10.2009.

In July 2017, Audit Firm “Active-Audit” successfully passed an external audit of the quality control system for audit services, established in accordance with audit standards, standards of professional ethics of auditors and legislative and regulatory requirements governing audit activities (decision of the Audit Chamber of Ukraine on 28.09.2017 No. 349/4).

In accordance with the decision of the Audit Chamber of Ukraine from 01.11.2012, No. 260/3, Audit Firm “Active-Audit” is included in the List of audit firms that meet the criteria for conducting a mandatory audit.
